Southeast High School
Class of '65

Welcome Fellow Spartans!

Can you believe that nearly forty years ago, we were wandering the halls of Southeast (with or without a hall pass!), with only a few months left before we donned cap and gown and paraded into the gym for graduation? Well, most of us find it hard to believe, but it's true. Hopefully, this website will help all of us get ready for the big celebration -- THE CLASS OF '65 REUNION!

If your calendar isn't marked yet, pull it out and put a big red circle around Saturday July 10, 2010. That's when all of us will gather to celebrate where we came from -- and where we are today. The festivities will be held at Rocky's -- 225 E. Sheridan, Bricktown, Oklahoma City -- see the Rocky's Web Site. The party will begin at 7:00pm and end at midnight. The cost will be $40 per person which will cover, food, coffee, tea, soft drinks, tax, and tip -- alcohol and beer will be available at a cash bar. We're accepting no excuses! So, don't think you can get out of this because you've gained too much weight, inherited a few wrinkles, or lost that thick head of hair you were so proud of -- we've all changed! Jerry Foshee recently said that he read in a medical journal that in the near future we'll be living to the grand old age of 116 -- well, guess what, that makes us all just middle-aged!

This official SE Class of '65 Website is designed to help each alumnus get ready for the reunion. Take time to prowl around the site -- visit the various pages by clicking on the links in the left menu to find out what other classmates have been up to during the past forty years, sign-up to serve on a reunion committee, take a walk down memory lane, or pay tribute to those classmates who are no longer with us. As we get closer to the reunion date, special announcements will "pop-up" at this site, making it easy for you to keep abreast of what's being planned. If you have something you would like to contribute for any of the pages, you can use this Janeice "Moore" Luper to send us your thoughts. We welcome any and all input. Afterall, each of you is a part of the Class of '65, each of you has memories of your days at Southeast, and none of this would be significant without each of you.
